Belonging is Designed Report

This report marks the beginning of Made for Belonging’s research library. For the past year, I’ve been asking “How do the places we create influence whether people feel they belong?” My inquiry explores the relationship between the built environment and the human experience, bringing together insights from environmental psychology, human development, urban design, and community engagement. Rather than offering a single solution, it proposes a lens for thinking about how places can better support belonging, connection, and participation for all ages.
